Youth Event - Weekday Bookings

Dinner includes
Garden salad, potato or pasta, vegetable, coffee (for adults), up to three pitchers
of soda per table of 10, rolls, butter, and brownie sundae for dessert.

Michael’s Banquet House Offers The Following Complementary Amenities

Cash bar service, function name on outdoor marquis, use of facility for up to four hours, American flag,
table linen and cloth napkins in a variety of colors to choose from, speakers podium with microphone,
tables for award display, great food and service, large recessed projection screen, high speed
wireless internet, union affiliated.

Deposit A $200.00 deposit is required to book. Your deposit will guarantee your date, time,
and price of event. Deposit will be credited towards your final billing. Deposit is not refundable
if function is canceled. In addition it is understood that Michael’s Banquet House may have incurred
certain costs in preparation for the booked event, including, but not limited to food, labor, and set up.
Upon cancellation, in addition to the non-refundable deposit, Michael’s Banquet House shall be paid for
said costs incurred immediately upon receipt of billing for said costs from Michael’s Banquet House.
 

Final Guest Counts - Final Payment - Meal Choices – Damages

Final guest count due three days prior to event date. Billing will be based on the final
guaranteed guest count or actual guest count, whichever is greater. Final payment is due on or
before function date in cash or one check. Person signing contract it responsible for all damages
incurred by guests. Gum is not allowed in the building. All precious youth need to supervised at all times
