Butler Service 7:00 to 8:00 pm

Mini quiche, Italian stromboli, franks in pastry, chicken and pineapple brochettes,
wild mushroom in filo, crispy asparagus with asiago, rosemary cheese straws, chicken
and pineapple brochettes, smoked chicken quesadilla, mini pizza bites.

Carving and food Stations 7:00 to 9:00 pm

Chef carving top sirloin of beef and fresh roasted turkey with assorted sauces and breads.
Other food station displays include: Mini chicken parm, penne pasta marinara, tortellini alfredo,
baby spare ribs, Italian style meatballs, cheddar stuffed jalapeno peppers, broccoli and cheese bites,
fried ravioli, assorted gourmet crackers, bread rounds, crisp bread sticks, white bean hummus,
bistro meats, imported and domestic cheeses, fresh vegetables with dipping sauce
along with a variety of Meditation style marinated vegetables and olives, fresh ripe sliced fruit
with whip cream and yogurt dip and mini cocktail chocolate fondue fountain.  

Viennese Dessert Display  9:30 to 10:30 pm

Assorted cream filled pastry, a variety of our most popular cakes and gourmet cookies.

Tables Centerpieces

Fresh floral table centerpieces in a variety of colors and styles.

All prices are subject to 8% sales tax and 19% service charge.

Please submit a valid tax-exempt certificate upon booking if using tax-exempt status.

Guest minimum 125 for Friday, 150 for Saturday

$500.00 deposit required to book. Your deposit will guarantee your date, time,
and price of event. Deposit will be credited towards your final billing.

Deposit is not refundable if function is canceled. In addition it is understood that
Michael’s Banquet House may have incurred certain costs in preparation for the booked event,
including, but not limited to food, labor, and set up. Upon cancellation, in addition
to the non-refundable deposit, Michael’s Banquet House shall be paid for said costs
incurred immediately upon receipt of billing for said costs from Michael’s Banquet House.

The following items may be added to Prom Package at an additional cost
Extended time beyond the initial four hours - $675.00 per hour

Bartending Services: To include blender frozen fruit drinks and non alcoholic cocktails
served from the bar - $9.00 per person

Hand Carved Ice Sculpture - $350.00 per 125 lb block

Themed Event Decorations – Priced upon request

Final guest count is due three days prior to event date.
Final payment will be made on the evening of event in cash, check, or credit card.
Chaperone and or security service to be provided by school.
