     Mini quiche, Italian sausage bread, spainakopia, franks in pastry, chicken and pineapple brochettes,
wild mushroom in filo, crispy asparagus with asiago, rosemary cheese straws, smoked chicken quesadilla.

Cold Hors d’oeuvre Display - $5.95 per person
Unlimited for one hour during the cocktail hour

     Assorted gourmet crackers, bread rounds, crisp bread sticks, white bean hummus, bistro meats,
imported and domestic cheeses, fresh vegetables with dipping sauce along with a variety of Meditation style
marinated vegetables and olives, fresh ripe sliced fruit with whip cream and yogurt dip and mini
cocktail chocolate fondue fountain.

 

Hot and Cold Hors d’oeuvre Buffet - $13.95 per person
Unlimited for one hour during cocktail hour and includes

     Includes all items listed above in butler service and cold hors d’ oeuvre display, plus battered shrimp
with zesty cocktail sauce, tender fried scallops with warn citrus sauce, Italian style meatballs,
deep-fried ravioli and mozzarella, broccoli and cheese bites, baby spare ribs, sausage and peppers,
tri color tortellini with Alfredo sauce, mini chicken cordon bleu, deep fried
cheddar stuffed jalapeño peppers.

Deluxe Butler Service - $195.00 per 100 items ordered

     Beef Wellington, beef tenderloin and mushroom brochettes, scallops in bacon, coconut shrimp,
fresh chilled shrimp on ice, petite New Zealand lamb chop. Deluxe butler service is not included with
hot and cold hors d’oeuvre butler buffet.

at no additional charge:

Name on outdoor marquees, completely private facility with free and convenient parking, CD music for
cocktail hour and dinner time, union affiliated, floor length table linen and cloth napkin in a variety of
colors to choose from, oil lamp centerpiece for guest tables, use of microphone with PA system and
podium, great food and service.

Deposits

A $500.00 deposit is required to book an event. Deposit is refunded at time of final billing.

Deposit is not refundable if function is canceled. In addition it is understood that Michael’s Banquet House
may have incurred certain costs in preparation for the booked event, including, but not limited to food,
labor, and set up. Upon cancellation, in addition to the non-refundable deposit, Michael’s Banquet

 House shall be paid for said costs incurred  immediately upon receipt of billing for said
costs from Michael’s Banquet House.


Final Payment

 Due on or before event date.


Length of function

Without Band or DJ up to four hours - With Band or DJ up to five hours.
Additional time may be purchased. Please consult with banquet director for price.


Final Guest Count - Due three days prior to event date.


Guest Minimums

Function will be billed for guest minimum, final guest count, or actual guest count whichever is greater.

Monday through Saturday 12:00 noon to 5:00 pm and Sunday events - 100 guest minimum.
Monday through Friday evening events 125-guest minimum.
Saturday evening events- 150 guest minimum.

Additional guest minimums may be required for events booked on or around holidays.

Facility Fee - $1,800.00

Facility fee is wavered if making purchases of $30.00 per person minimum,
plus tax and service charge.
