Assorted gourmet crackers, bread rounds, crisp bread sticks, white bean hummus, bistro meats,
imported and domestic cheeses, fresh vegetables with dipping sauce along with a variety of
Meditation style marinated vegetables and olives, fresh ripe sliced fruit with whip cream and yogurt dip
and mini cocktail chocolate fondue fountain.

Attended Greeting Station
Offering extra dry Champagne, sweet Asti Spumante or sparkling white grape juice with fresh berries.

Deposits

A $1,000.00 deposit is required to book your event. The deposit is credited towards your final billing.
Deposit is not refundable if event is canceled. In addition it is understood that Michael’s Banquet House
may have incurred certain costs in preparation for the booked event, including, but not limited to food,
labor, and set up. Upon cancellation, in addition to the non-refundable deposit, Michael’s Banquet House
shall be paid for said costs incurred immediately upon receipt of billing for said costs from
Michael’s Banquet House.


Final Guest Guarantee & Payment

Final guest guarantee and full payment is due on the Tuesday prior to event date.
This guest guarantee cannot be decreased, however, additions are welcome and can be paid
on the day of the event.
Payment must be made for guaranteed or actual guest count whichever is greater.
Payment for overtime must be made prior to overtime on the event day.
Method of payment accepted: Cash, Bank Check, American Express, Discover, Master Card or Visa.

Guests Under 21

Guests attending who are under the age of 21 and your working professionals will be charged the
H Package Price. Limit up to 8 professionals. Limit up to 10% of guest count for under 21 when
purchasing the M or B Package.

Guests 12 and Under

Children – 12 and under will be charged $30.00 per child. Limit up to ten children.

Hors d’oeuvre additions for your cocktail hour

Battered shrimp with zesty cocktail sauce, tender fried scallops with warm citrus sauce, Italian
style meatballs, deep-fried ravioli, fried mozzarella, broccoli and cheese bites, baby spare ribs,
sausage and peppers, tri color tortellini with Alfredo sauce, mini chicken cordon bleu, deep fried
cheddar stuffed jalapeño peppers. Add any two of the above items for $2.95 per person or add
entire selection for $7.95 per person.

Chef Attended Carving Station

Our excellent chefs carving top sirloin of beef, and roasted fresh turkey with accompanying sauces
and breads at a gourmet sandwich station $4.95 per person.

A popular delicious way to end any meal. Includes an attended station for two hours featuring
the very best Belgian chocolate flowing from a five tier chocolate fountain. Includes, fresh fruit,

Extended Package Time

Extended Time To extend reception beyond the first five hours, to include soft drinks and cash bar service.
Facility Fee is $495.00 per hour.

Wedding Ceremony

Separate Ceremony Room
Per person charge is based on original guaranteed guest count and includes:
Use of private room for the ceremony, separate from the dining room. Ceremony archway, chairs,
floor runner, two 15-candle floor candelabra with afresh flower bouquet on each candelabra,
aisle bows, processional music on CD, professionally coordinated. The ceremony is an additional
30 minutes of time and is followed by five hours of reception time. $6.50 per person.

Flat Fee Ceremony. Ceremony may be preformed in dining room prior to cocktail hour.
The ceremony is an additional 30 minutes of time and is followed by five hours of reception time. $400.00 flat fee.
