Cold Hors d’oeuvre Display - $5.50 per person
Unlimited for one hour during the cocktail hour
Assorted gourmet crackers, bread rounds, crisp bread sticks,
white bean hummus, bistro meats, imported and domestic
cheeses, fresh vegetables with dipping sauce along with a
variety of Meditation style marinated vegetables and olives,
fresh ripe sliced fruit with whip cream and yogurt dip and
mini cocktail chocolate fondue fountain.

butler service is not included with hot and cold hors

Chef Attended Carving Station - $9.50 per person
Unlimited for one hour during cocktail hour.
Our
excellent chefs carving top sirloin of beef, and roasted
fresh turkey with accompanying sauces and breads at a
gourmet sandwich station.
$4.95 per person if purchased in addition to the Hot and
Cold Hors d’oeuvre Buffet.

centerpiece for guest tables, use of microphone with PA
system and podium, great food and service.

Deposits
A
$500.00 deposit is required to book an event. Deposit is
refunded at time of final billing.
Deposit is not refundable if function is canceled.
In
addition it is understood that Michael’s Banquet House may
have incurred certain costs in preparation for the booked
event, including, but not limited to food, labor, and set
up. Upon cancellation, in addition to the
non-refundable deposit, Michael’s Banquet House shall be
paid for said costs incurred
immediately upon receipt of billing for said costs from
Michael’s Banquet House.
Final Payment
Due
on or before event date with cash, one check,
or credit card
(as described above).

Due
three days prior to event date.
Guest Minimums
Function will be billed for guest minimum, final guest
count, or
actual guest count whichever is greater.
Saturday evening and Sunday - 175 guest minimum.
Monday
through Friday events and
Saturday 12:00 noon to 5:00 pm - 100 guest minimum.
Friday
evening events 125-guest minimum.
Additional guest minimums may be required for events
booked on or around holidays.

Facility Fee
$1,000.00 1/2 day, up to four hours. $1,800.00 full day, up
to eight hours.
Facility fee is wavered if making purchases of $25.00 per
person minimum, plus tax and service charge.
